Every month, McKinney residents have access to an amazing assortment of unique goods, sold by a variety of vendors. The Third Monday Trade Days gather hundreds of vendors, artists, and craftspeople to offer up products that range from artworks, clothing, home decor, gift items, and many more. This market is the oldest of its kind in the North Texas area, with origins that trace all the way back to the late 1800s! There is a parking fee on Saturdays and Sundays until 3 pm, but the venue itself is free to enter. The market runs the weekend before the third Monday of each month – the next opening will run from Friday, July 13 through Sunday, July 15.

Cost:

Until 3 pm on Saturdays and Sundays, there is a $5 fee to park. That fee is waived after 3 pm, and all day on Fridays. There are no entrance fees to the sale.
