On Saturday, October 20, the Heard Natural Science Museum And Wildlife Sanctuary will welcome McKinney families for some spooky Halloween fun! The museum’s Halloween At The Heard event will provide visitors with plenty of activities to help them feel the spirit of the season. There will be special trick-or-treating along Dinosaurs Live, an animatronic dinosaur trail, as well as a special movie screening, a costume contest, and more! Halloween gives us a chance to drop our normal lives to become a costumed character, and helps us find the fun in fear. It also gives us plenty of access to treats.
